Specific Tony-focused Fic

Hi, first time poster. In fact, I specifically joined this community because I've been trying to find this one fic for months and I'm running out of options and patience. I thought it was on AO3 but I haven't been able to find it again, so maybe not.

Anyway, from what I remember the background story is that the Avengers find the Winter Soldier attacking the president. But the main focus is the fact that Tony got injured during the battle (concussion or something) and it presently talking with less of a brain to mouth filter than usual (i.e., he's telling his life story/secrets and not realizing that he's voicing his thoughts). I can't remember if part of the problem is that Tony is overworked, or insecure, so I used both tags, but it could be one, the other, both, or none.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

I'm fairly sure the story you're talking about is blcwriter's Lord knows, it would be the first time. The scene with Tony talking without his filter is in chapter eleven.
