Unfortunately I can only remember one little scene in the fic that I'm searching and that is that Clint was running around with a real cloud over his head that was broadcasting his emotions by imitating the weather. I can also still remember that Clint was pissed off because he had to actually take driver's license test with Cap and that Tony wanted to edge him on and see if actual lightning was a possibility.

Any help would be great.

I remember reading this too, I'm sure it's Tony/Steve fic, written from Tony's perspective. The cloud scene is really short, Clint was in a bad mood while getting something from the refrigerator, so there was a stormy cloud over his head. But the fic it's self was quite long.
Trying to jog my memory for the fic name!
