Hi folks!  I am searching for a fic I read a while ago and really enjoyed.
It was fairly long.  Tony gets very sick, and a room in his home is turned into his hospital room, basically.  Hank McCoy frequently comes and tries to treat him, acting as his doctor.  Hank Pym also pops in and out.  I think it was Tony/Steve, but it mayyyyyy have been Tony/Bruce.  Tony gets sicker and sicker, and eventually starts to get better, slowly.
It might have been Marvel-616, or at least had elements of that (such as Hank Pym!).

I enjoyed the heck out of it, and would really love to read it again, if you have any suggestions as to what fic it might have been.

I seem to remember a story that could and could not be it. The one I'm talking about is 616, Tony starts being hill with a cold, and it becomes worst and worst (it was something to do with Extremis and a nanovirus compromising Tony's nanovirus or something like that if I recall correctly). Don't remeber if there's any of the Hanks, but it's Steve/Tony. Is this the one you were looking for? If you this it's it I'll try to search for it and give you a link.

I actually also read that one quite recently (it's "Roughest Day" by Elspethdixon and Seanchai: http://archiveofourown.org/works/245833?view_full_work=true ), which inspired me to start searching for this one.

It ended up being 'To Extremes' by saraid, but I have to say Arc Tremors is one of my absolute favourite fics ever, and is actually what got me into the fandom.
