Looking for a fic where Tony saves Steve by putting his arc reactor in his chest

I feel like I read it a while ago on fanfiction.net. It wasn't slash. What I recall from the plot was Steve got terribly injured. I'm not sure if Tony was injured too, but I believe Tony was as that point looking at Steve as the better man who deserves to live, so takes his own arc reactor out and put it in cap's chest and smiles cause Steve's gonna live. Steve wakes in the hospital surprised to see it in his chest, then questions where Tony is, but of course Tony has died.
If not that specific story, I'd love to read any where Steve has to have an arc reactor in his chest, but please no Steve/Tony! I just like them as friends.

I don't remember too many details, but if someone remembers enough to recognise this fic, I'd be ever so grateful!

I think it was probably a Steve/Tony fic. The Avengers are under some sort of attack, and Tony ends up pretending to be dead as part of a master plan to defeat their enemies. The other Avengers don't know about his plan, though, and mourn him as dead. I think there is a reunion scene when he comes back, showing all of their reactions.

I know this is super vague, but I can't remember any other details really! Any help very much appreciated! :)
