Team helps Steve get over his Homophobia

Now there are a lot of fics out there that deal with the team helping Steve get over his homophobia, and I have read a lot of them, but there is one specific fic I am looking for. I read it (on AO3 I'm pretty sure) and it had a scene where the team is all watching tv and Steve is realizing being gay is ok because of whatever is on the tv (don't ask don't tell, gay marriage, not sure the topic) and he is upset but happy that being himself, being gay, is okay now. Everyone is very supportive and he comes to the happy realization that it's accepted to be that way now (there might be tears, but even if not he is very emotional). I can't remember if it then ends in a pairing or is gen, nor can I remember if it was a one shot or part of a longer fic (though I'd guess one shot).

Oh yes same! I would really like to read other stories like that aswell!
