LFS: Shifter AU with Tony as Wolf shifter ,Tutor Steve Rogers

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a fic that I used to have bookmarked, but can't seem to find. I'm pretty sure it was on AO3. Here is what I remember:

This is a shifter universe and set up like Victorian England with manors and lords, etc.
Steve is taken in by Charles Xavier after his parents die (I believe their families were friends).
Xavier gets Steve a tutoring job at the Stark estate.
Tony had taken in a child (maybe Harley or Peter).
Tony is a wolf shifter and has 3 dogs that guard the stables, there are also other Avengers characters who work on his estate.
Steve is unaware of shifters.
Charles Xavier is a bear shifter, and is killed by someone who is trying to kill all shifters.
Whoever is trying to destroy the shifters starts a fire on the Stark estate to try to kidnap the child? (not 100% sure that was the motivation), Steve is able to save the child and flee the building.
Steve learns about shifters when the child turns into a fox and sees Tony in his wolf form.
I want to think that Steve gets seriously hurt while trying to protect the child, and Tony has to bite/turn him, but it is very risky, because most normal people can't survive being turned.
I also think we find out that maybe one of Steve's parents was a shifter.
I may have some details wrong, but hopefully someone will remember it.
