Omega Bucky works on missions for shield and goes by the code name The winter soldier and is partnered with alpha captain America and he hates it. I think they get stuck in the snow or in a cold place when Bucky's heat hits. I don't think Bucky was from the 40s, I think he's modern. It was longer vs a one shot. It's not Heat stroke.
