Specific Hurt/Insecure Tony fic

I'm looking for a specific fic where Tony doesn't think he's an avenger, either because Fury/the team told him so, or heavily implied it. At the beginning of the fic he builds an avengers-only medical wing in the helicarrier. At the end of the fic he ends up hurt, and when he wakes up in the avengers medical wing he doesn't understand why he's there/thinks someone else is hurt.

Also love any good hurt/insecure Tony fic recs, but only if they have the comfort/shmoop at the end too. (Particularly appreciate if there's Stony involved)
