I read a fic on AO3 where it was just one shots(or small connected things) of consequences to actions. It wasn't really Steve or team cap friendly so it was more their actions but I do know there a one shot in there where Steve keeps getting into fight and his mother begs him to stop because she can't keep losing work to take care of him when gets hurt and she finally loses her job and their out on the streets.
