Looking for story where Peter discovers papers that prove that his mom targeted Tony at a party to get her pregnant so she could have a genetic superior kid to do experiments on. Peter goes to Tony with news and has to tell him he was basically raped at a party.

That is the only part I really remember but I'm pretty sure Mary and Richard still died in plane crash. Also, Tony is still Iron man and Peter is still Spider-man. It's possible that Peter's mom might have been hydra but she was part of some evil organization I think.
