Clint and Laura Barton take in a young Matt Murdock...

Just right off the bat-- NOT "Raising the Devil" by either little_wayward_bird or scythemurdock.

This fic started off with Laura and Clint meeting with Matt at the orphanage more than a few times before they take him home; I believe they have their original kids from the movies, too.

If I remember correctly, this might be before Stick gets to train him (not entirely certain) because Matt, as a kid, is trying to track down his father's murderers. He tracks down someone involved but is intercepted by Natasha on a rooftop. At this point, she finds out about Matt's hearing and tells Clint so that when Matt tries to eavesdrop on them they aren't talking and he's certain that they aren't writing messages.

They come to some agreement to help Matt get justice for his dad as long as he's honest with them.

I didn't actually finish the fic so I don't know where it went from what I've written, but I've tried various keyword searches and have only come up with the fics mentioned above.
