Tony and Rhodey at diner when it's robbed

I'm trying to locate an older story where Rhodey has a bit of leave time so he and Tony go to a diner they like so Tony can show him some things he's been working on in his lab, stuff to help out the team. Tony is showing his friend a large swatch of shiny material that he wants to use to make Natasha a dress for her next assignment because it's bullet and knife proof, when the place (the block?) is overrun by an armed gang of robbers. Back at the tower, Steve, Clint, and Nat see Rhodey being interviewed by a news crew after the event, telling them about the material and how it saved his life, then jumping in the back of the ambulance that's taking Tony to the hospital. As usual I can't recall the title or author, just those scenes. Searching my files for key words hasn't helped. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.
