I had read it on ao3, around the start of the summer. It was under the tag omega steve rogers. I don't remember the title.

In the fic Omegas are exinct in the future, with only betas remaining. I dont there were Alphas left either. When they pull Steve from the ice they find that he is an omega and somehow Peggy Carter abd Tony get him to the tower first before shield can fo anything to Steve. Steve is also pregnat. Later in the fic we learn that Natasha was also an omega but she was hiding with self made suppressors and that Pepper Pots gets turned into an omega too.

If anyone knows what happened to this fic let me know the title
