Looking for a story in which Loki dies and a male Sigyn(?) tells Thor(?) Avengers(?) that they have to wait because bringing someone back to life isn't easy, much less doing it again and again, the way they keep bringing Loki back. With each successive resurrection, the mind is slower to reconnect and function properly.
