Found!Deaged Loki found by Steve

avengers_searchSo I need help finding a specific fic:
Steve was out on a walk in Brooklyn when he sees a group of kids chasing this other kid, he follows them and it turns out that the kid that was being chased was Loki. Steve hides him for a bit, but gets found out and takes Loki to the Avengers house, nobody trusts that Loki has no memories. I know at one point Thor comes back and realize they have Loki, who he has been looking for and at first Loki has no idea who Thor is and is scared, but then realizes that he is an adult Thor. Loki ends up in one of Tony's labs by mistake and is being hurt by something Tony has in the lab to repeal/resist magic. No one want to tell Loki about how they really know him and why he is on Migard, until Steve realizes that Loki is too smart and he will find out another way so he tells him and Loki does not take this well. Loki ends up in central park trying to call down Heimdall cause he wants to go home and is unleashing alot of magic, eyes glowed white and green at one point. The team has to send the Hulk to stop loki from destroying the area but Loki blasts Hulk forcing him to shift back to Bruce. Frigga ends up coming down with Volstagg and is able to calm Loki down, and states she is staying on Migard with him. Shield tries to flex on Frigga and she is like, "you have zero way of stopping me from being with my son or keeping him away from me"
It unfinished and I know I read it on AO3, and I swear I bookmarked it, but I cant find it anywhere for a reread. Thank you in advance!
