Looking for Reader Insert Fic

I'm looking for a reader insert fic where the reader is an agent in training, being trained by Bucky and Steve. There are other agents training with her and they are badmouthing Bucky and how all the girls like him, so the reader stands up for him. Steve overhears and gets the agents in trouble for talking during training, but the reader says she deserves to be punished to (because she doesn't want it to look like she's getting special treatment for being a girl) so they all run laps. The other agents are making subtle threats to the reader and later in the story they get a couple friends and corner the reader outside the locker rooms after she showers, and proceed to attack her. She holds them off pretty well but it's four against one, so they start to win. I also remember they choke her with the towel for a little bit before knocking her on the ground. Just before they start to take advantage of her Bucky and Steve round the corner and beat the crap out of the agents. Either Bucky or Steve takes the reader to another room and comforts them and they end up getting a date with each other. If anyone knows this fic please let me know, I'm going crazy trying to find it lol.
