Long Lost Missing Team Bonding Fic

I only remember bits and pieces because I read this sometime in 2018 when I was depressed. And it was before my AO3 account AND the phone I read it on is broken.

— It was a summer fic and the team was on the roof(?) of Stark Tower minus Steve at first but he came back in later after riding his motorcycle

— Tony had a decades-old vacuum-sealed bag of weed from his college days and Bruce and Clint comment on how rich Tony was because neither of them would have forgotten about that much weed because as Bruce said, that much weed would have cost him a couple of meals

— They make brownies or cookies out of it and Natasha and Pepper are on the roof already with lemonade in mason jars

— Steve eats the weed bake treats (he called weed some old-timey name, hooch I think) and it mellows him out even though the team doubted it will have any effect on him.

This is pre-Winter Soldier iirc
