I'm looking for a time travel story that I thought I had bookmarked but cannot find

Does the following sound familiar to anyone: it's a fix-it story involving Tony time traveling, not stopping weapons production after Afghanistan, and he's secretly building defenses against Thanos, etc., on the moon. At the time I read it, I believe it was unfinished but already approaching novel-length. The scenes I remember most involve Tony's telling Rhodey about what he's been doing and how and why, on the moon, and the two visiting and Rhodey geeking out over how insanely cool the whole moon habitat and etc. are. I don't remember if Tony comes clean to Rhodey and Pepper about being a time-traveler, but it's clear from the way the story's written that this is what's happened somehow. I'm almost positive the story was NOT on AO3, or at least it wasn't as I was reading it. Any information would be appreciated, as it's kind of driving me bonkers. I love time-travel fix-its and Tony's my bae.
