searching for thorki Jotun Loki fic

avengers_searchHello guys, I need help finding a thorki fic please. It was on AO3 and i've been looking for it but cant seem to find it, I need a link or if someone has a copy of it I would appreciate it. I do not know the name or author.
What I remember from the story is that.
Thor and Loki met when they were young; they were in a forest and Thor heard something went to investigate and came upon Loki being in a river/ stream. Loki looks smiles and runs I'm not sure if Thor gives chase though, but Loki vanishes.
Asgard is holding a diplomatic delegation where various diplomats from the nine realms are attending. Thor is late I think. Frost Giants are to attend Thor finds out is not too happy about that, and his brother Balder is there to soothe him.
Enter the Jotun delegations and there is Loki in a sarong and Loki being Loki ruffles Thor's feathers but Thor dislikes him. and Loki flirts with balder and makes Thor angry/jealous. Helblindi is there too. Loki wears sarongs.
somehow they end up getting kidnapped, Loki accidentally was supposed to be only Thor, and brought to a cell where this crazy lady who is the rightful heir vanaheim, from of an incestuous relationship from the previous king of Vanaheim, wants to wed Thor. Loki and Thor pretend to get it on in the cell in order to escape. and they flee and fight their way out in to the top of a large building/castle and they jump. They battle the crazy lady and win. When they're safe the rescue party arrives while they are busy.
