Looking for the story in which Loki tells Thor that his servants (W5) are talking to him (stepping above their station), inferring that Loki wants it to stop.
Loki tells them (but not right that moment I think) that the next time they (W5) speak to him, Loki will kill them.
Maybe same story, maybe not, Loki allows Thor to offer W5 special reprieve from Frigga's banishing them from the palace if they wear special Loki Themed Vambrace on their right arms. Since Loki has previously warned them not to speak to him lest he kill them, he gestures with a knife to indicate each one approach to accept.
