Specific fic: Tony removes Pepper from SI

avengers_searchI've been racking my brain and Google looking for this specific fic...any help would be greatly appreciated!
The part I remember is that Pepper and Tony are broken up, Pepper is still CEO of SI and Pepper tends to treat Tony like a child. Something happens and Tony wants to make changes to the company but Pepper decides she's not going to side with him on the issue (which is something she thinks he needs for majority vote). In the confrontation Tony lets her know he's been secretly buying SI stock back and doesn't need her, then buys her out and replaces her. I don't remember if it's slash or gen but please help!
