Post Infinity Wars Tony, Friday and Nebula track Thanos down and beat him down. They even hit him with a nuclear bomb. I think they find someway to go to the past. Nebula has Friday uploaded somehow so she can come back as well. Nebula buys and uses a skin thing that makes her look human. Tony claims her as his daughter. They work together to prevent Thanos from succeeding.
A part that I remember is at a work party at SI one of the interns tries to assault Nebula but she stops him and Tony fires him.

Kiera Marcos has a lot of fanfics in a multitude of fandoms and I've yet to come across a work of hers that hasn't wowed me. Definitely check out some of her other stories while you're on her website.
