FOUND ws thinks Steve is a liar

Ok so this fic is winteriron or at least one sided.
Bucky is in the ws mindset through the entire fic. He thinks Steve is his handler but doesnt believe a word he says.
He ends up wanting to be Tony's person when Pepper wasnt around.
It was a nice look into the ws mindset.
Recommend if it's ever founded.
