Hi all,

I am looking for a IronStrange fic over on AO3. What I remember is that Tony has just been kidnapped in Afghanistan. Rhodey is out looking for him but Stephen comes along to help search since he and Tony are dating, or they were about to start dating. Once Tony is found, Stephen performs a 27 hour surgery to remove the shrapnel and reactor so Tony won't have to deal with palladium poisoning. Also, Christine comes over to help Stephen perform the surgery. Afterwards, Stephen teaches several other surgeons how to perform the surgery he did for Tony.

Any help with finding this fic would be great, thanks!
