Tony visits Pepper, Peter, and Harley after his memorial

Greetings, all! I'm trying to relocate a story where Pepper, Harley, and Peter hang around the memorial after the crowd leaves the remembrance service for Tony. They're mourning together and remembering their loved one who gave his life to save the world. Tony shows up, his spirit anyway, to say one final goodbye. Thinking about it, I think maybe this story was told in 3rd person POV, another mourner who hung around after the ceremony and was too surprised to do anything but watch once Mr. Stark made one final appearance.

I recall reading the fic you're searching for. But have no clue as to the title or author. I think that it was written/posted fairly close to the release of Endgame as I was in search of fics that gave me some sort of comfort/fix-it/denial! *G* I've been sorting the fanfic I've saved to my personal archives and I've saved close to 3000 MCU fics and I've read even more that I didn't save at the time. *sigh* I don't recall if I saved this one or not but I'll search through my stuff. *fingers crossed* Maybe Fortuna/Luck will smile on us. *g*

I was sorting and rereading (and new reading) MCU fic and was rereading 'As Expected (http://archiveofourown.org/works/18714607)' by phlintandsteel (http://archiveofourown.org/users/phlintandsteel/pseuds/phlintandsteel) and Thank-The-Norns I wasn't drinking or eating when I read this bit!!!! (As it was I snorted and cackled to myself! — This is a great fic!)

The last thing he expects is for his sight to be obscured by a cloud of red mist, his limbs buoyed and his body eased out of its free fall.
 
The panic that had been riding him hard slowly falls away, and a few minutes later, Tony sees the tops of buildings come into view beside him.  He’s slowly lowered to the ground, his back connecting softly with some grass and flowers and stuff.

Tony takes a deep, slightly shaky breath, just basking in the relief for a second, and also trying to determine if he wet himself during the fall, or just landed in a puddle...
