I went through all my bookmarks and it is not there. It may have been frostiron. All I can truly remember is Loki took away Wanda's powers and showed everyone how evil/cuckoo she was. If anyone can find this with the vagueness of this post I will be the happiest person!

Sounds like an Anafandom story. I'm not in a position to stop what I'm doing to find the link at this moment, but I'm almost 99% positive it's a recent series of stories by Anafandom on AO3.

Loki hears about Wanda and is not impressed, so he takes it upon himself to do something about the situation. That one action turns out to be very beneficial not only to himself, but to many other people as well (and others not so much).
