I'm looking for a fic a read a looong time ago. It's after the civil war and based on the legal drama around Team Captain America. It had a lot of courtroom scenes involving their charges and convictions. I'm very firmly Team Iron Man so I think it also had a lot of Tony's POV. Unfortunately, I don't remember anything more specific...
