Tony saves Loki's kids

Hi all, I can't remember much but Tony was flying when he somehow spots an island in the middle of the sea. Fenrir is a wolf and is trapped on the island and is tied down by chains I think? Tony sees this and saves him not knowing who he is. Hope someone knows this story, thanks in advance!

The closest one I can think of is "The Chains that Bind Us - Golden Paws" Part 4: Wolfsbane - Fenrir escapes to an island and gets teleported to Tony's lab in really bad condition, Tony helps him but doesn't know who he is.

And a series I would recommend - "Loki's Brood - Raven_Ehtar" - basically Loki has to do a lot of trials because of his role in the chutauri invasion and leaves Tony to be the guardian of his kids.

Thanks for the recommendations! Will read them now since sort of similar story lines. The one I read previously is quite an old story and I think after rescuing Fenrir he transforms into a little boy in order to avoid detection? Not sure if I'm just mixing stories now. Hopefully someone will know which one I'm talking about. Thanks again for your help!

Sounds a lot like part of the very long and ongoing story called "Warden" written by Tahrovinlaat_Hi_Neh_Koraav. It's part one of the series called "Tales from the Nexus" found at archiveofourown.org/series/1236017. It's a melding of characters from the Avengers, the X-Men, the Fantastic Four, and several video games I know nothing about but seem to have really cool and interesting characters. Since the prologue is numbered as chapter 1, the part you described where Tony (with Loki and Strange) rescue Loki's children and bring them home is marked Chapter 12: Chapter 11. But if you don't start at the beginning you'll miss a lot. Enjoy!
