After re-reading Unleash Your Demons by Keira Marcos again where they rewind time using the stones with full memories of all the events that lead to the Snap and work to change things for the better, I got to wondering if there were any other stories where Ho Yinsen (and hopefully his family) survived and came back to the States to work and/or live with Tony and SI.

It's not quite what you're requesting (sorry) but it does have Ho Yinsen in it (with a happy or at least happier ending) - LadyRa (https://archiveofourown.org/users/LadyRa/pseuds/LadyRa)'s Macavity (https://archiveofourown.org/series/49315) series installment: "Tony Stark and the Rat and the Scorpion (https://archiveofourown.org/works/1875327)". For some reason this popped right into my head when you mentioned Keira's Unleash Your Demons. LadyRa's Macavity series is epic but it does not revolve around Tony Stark but rather Tony DiNozzo. Although Stark does have other appearances in later installments.

Also (again not really what you requested - Sorry! Not sorry *sheepish grin*) but if you haven't read it before or were looking for it since Rough Trade moved on Jilly James (https://jillyjames.com/)' Demons (https://jillyjames.com/demons/) is now available on her site (https://jillyjames.com/). More great Tony Stark stuff... For some reason in my head Keira's Unleash Your Demons and Jilly's Demons - one always make me think of the other not just because of 'Demons' but because they're both so refreshingly vivid AUs of the MCU.
