Steve is bleeding out after a mission, and "Bucky" saves his life while waiting for evac

Hi all!

Looking for a fic I read on either AO3 or Fanfiction — Steve gets shot after jumping in front of a newly resurfaced Bucky (written as a Bucky still heavily influenced by the Winter Soldier/lacking memories/generally struggling) on a mission they were on; both run through alleys to get to a construction zone where Steve finally releases he's bleeding; Bucky has to use the plastic that covers the open windows to try to stop the bleeding while they wait for a medical evac. I think Tony shows up briefly at the end?
