Hey all!

Trying to find a fic I read a while back where Steve and the rest of the Avengers are involved in hearings regarding the Winter Soldier. They're all pretty much banding together to keep Bucky a secret from the press and the rest of the world hasn't yet made the connection that the Winter Soldier and Bucky Barnes are the same person. Eventually, Steve goes on a talk show (I'm like 80% certain that it's Stephen Colbert, but I may be wrong) and reveals it, then becomes way more active in politics/social media/etc.

Sorry, I think this may be a bit vague, but I thought I'd give it a shot!
