Loki/Tony Stark Fic Find

I lost a really old fic and Im from wayyyy before infinity wars.

What I remember of the fic went like this - Theres a random enemy that attacks the avengers. Hes strong af, able to take everyone down, but he doesnt cause any actual harm. He demands for the avengers + thor to bring him to Loki. Avengers + thor go to asgard. They find Loki being tortured in Agard by the alfather, enemy saves him.

Tony and Loki hit it off after Loki is rescued. Somehow or another, Tony becomes asgardian. Over the many centuries, tony fights alongside the asgardian army, he gets injured. He locks himself in his workshop and builds some mechanical legs(??) for himself. Ends up the enemy all those years ago is a Tony Stark that travelled back to save the man he loved.

Wow. I remember this fic really clearly, but I really cant find the fix anymore.. forgot the name... anyone heard of it??? :(

Oh! This is by PeaceHeather! This author author always seems to have a thoughtful and interesting view to their stories. If you like this one I have to recommend you keep reading. I found the Tyr's Son stories especially captivating.

This is driving me crazy, because I know exactly which one you're talking about. The Aesir gave Tony the name Ramdring, or something close to that. I've been going through my bookmarks, but so far haven't found it.

Googling "Ramdring" led me straight to "Making History" by Shi_Toyu (https://archiveofourown.org/works/2766566).
Summary: When the Avengers are called in to take care of a new threat, they don't expect one of their own to be taken hostage. Their newest enemy's demand is simple. "Take me to Loki's cell." But is this villain really as bad as he seems? And on that note, is Loki? Long buildup with extended relationship ending.

Now excuse me, apparently I have some reading to do...
