Post CW Team Iron Man Fic

Looking for a post Civil War fic where Team Cap comes back and has a contract for Tony that gives them control of him. Something happens and Ross or the Accords comittee says they found the contract problematic too but it was an internal matter. Anyone recognize it?

Well it doesn't seem the have the part where Ross and/or the Accords committee had much to do with the internal nature of the contract.... hmmm.... Actually it does - just not where I thought the part was.... I really think this is the one you're looking for - though there are other fics in which contracts with the Avengers are a part of Tony's issues with Rogers' Avengers.
