I'm looking for a fic that I read a while back, before Agents of Shield started. In the fic, Coulson wakes up in a hospital. It was either a SHIELD hospital or a private hospital. The only person who visits him as he recovers is Fury. Coulson begins to suspect that Fury is up to something and that he's something of a prisoner. He manages to befriend an orderly and get the orderly to get word to the Avengers that he is alive and his location. The Avengers come and take him out before Fury can relocate him.

I've been looking for this story everywhere, but I can't remember where I read it.
