I can't seem to find this story. I know that it was a mafia au and it was a winteriron.

I can remember that Bucky was the mob boss while Tony was a police officer that went undercover as a sex worker to get information on Bucky but soon Tony fell in love and quit as the officer to stay with bucky.

I'm not sure if its from AO3 or another site.
