I read this a long time ago, and I have not been able to find it. Here are som e details:
1) someone convinces Tony to go to group therapy because of Afghanistan. The other avengers are in therapy (most because of war). Tony doesn’t feel welcome and leaves
2) Bucky has memory issues and forgets who he is. Tony ends up finding him on the street in a phase like this and brings him to his house (Tony’s house). Steve finds out and thinks Tony took advantage of Bucky
3) They all end up become friends. Bucky and Tony are dating. They all go to a Halloween party where some tries to rape Tony, but Steve? Saves him. Comes out that things like that happened while he was in Afghanistan.
