Steve Rogers PR nightmare fic and rec

I'm looking for a fic where Steve mouths off to the media and Tony text someone complaining "Why can't I say that?"
I'm looking for any recs where an avenger, or the avengers as a whole, deal with public relation. All kinds of fics welcome

I don't know the specific fic you're looking for, but here are some dealing with

"Sixpence In His Shoe" by scifigrl47 (https://archiveofourown.org/works/11443803) is a long and delightful Stony romance, which has press reactions and the team dealing with them woven throughout it. It ends with Steve going live on TV to announce his undying love for Tony and give a beautiful speech about all things wrong with America and world in general, and how to fix them.

"Phil Coulson is Not the Avengers' Public Relations Manager", also by scifigrl47 (https://archiveofourown.org/works/399938)is kind of pre-Stony, where Steve accidentally stumbles on a protests and subsequently he and Tony have a few chosen words with the press. (Coulson is so done with all this).

There are two other fics with this theme, though I can't recall the titles just now; I'll try to find them when I get home.

In one Steve realized that some people he doesn't approve of are trying to use his image to further their agenda, on the assumption that of course he would share their views. Steve contacts them, have them arrange a press conference, then proceeds to very publicly tear them down.

In the other one some TV station wants to release footage implying that Natasha had a miscarriage mid-battle, and Bruce stops them by spinning the most ridiculous tale about how any recording that has Hulk in it is radioactive and therefore deadly to all who come in contact with it.
