I am looking for a fic that I think is post civil war. Tony is captured by someone evil (hydra? Ross?) and tortured. He is rescued by Steve (and taken to wakanda?). I turns out that something was implanted in his head along with trigger words and he ends up releasing the winter soldier after the words are said on some kind of video call. Anyone know what I am thinking of??
