Tony loses brain to mouth filter

avengers_searchI read this fic ages ago, but now I can't find it anywhere. Somehow Tony ends up with a head injury at the end of a mission and loses his brain to mouth filter. Everybody freaks out when it turns out he usually just treats his own injuries. Bruce says something like "You mean all these times you've been doing surgery on yourself?" and Tony says no way, Dum-e and Jarvis have been helping. They end up calling in Charles Xavier to examine his brain and Tony ends up telling off Magneto. And Tony is convinced that Steve hates him and is going to use this as an excuse to kick him off the team . . . .
I thought it was called something like "Wouldn't be the first time . . . " but I haven't been able to find anything even close.

If you can get the author's permission for me to share it, and you can tell me your email, I can email you a copy.
If you can't get permission I wouldn't feel comfortable sharing a copy.
