ETA - I've searched through my bookmarks and saved fic and searched several fic sites and can't find the story.... Tony was investigating some unusual readings and discovered one of Loki's children - depths of the arctic ocean? He rescues the kid and then Loki shows up and retrieves/rescues the rest of his children. They're all staying with Tony and at one point the Accords Council? wants ID pics of the kids and Loki. I don't think the story was complete. Ring any bells with anyone? Thanks in advance.

Was it the one with Jörmungandr trapped in a cave? And Tony? had to cut the rock away from him?

PS. There are a lot of fics that get deleted from AO3 and I hope this isn't one of them.
