Tony is given to Loki as a slave

I'm looking for a specific story and here is what I remember (it's possible I'm mixing several stories, but hopefully not):
Earth has been conquered by the Jotuns. Loki is the king. SHIELD gives Tony to Loki as a gift/sex slave because (not too sure about this part) Howard has lost his standing among Humans, possibly in relation with the Jericho missile, which was in fact Tony's design but nobody knows that.
They (Coulson?) dress Tony in something sexy and indecent and he's presented to Loki in front of a lot of Jotuns. Loki is impressed with Tony's genius and values him much more than SHIELD, which Tony appreciates (he's angry at SHIELD for how they treated him). There's public sex. Loki more or less promises to treat Tony as an equal or honored advisor.

It is a FrostIron story with slave tony....

SUMMARY: Obadiah Stane still sells Tony out the way he does to the Ten Rings, however, the Ten Rings and Stane realize something and make another deal to get rid of him and earn a bit of money....
They sell him to space slave traders so he'll be a profit for the!.... And that will never annoy them again.
months into his slavery Loki is on the same planet as him and finds him interesting...
