These speculations were mentioned briefly in conversations for various reasons (and quickly dismissed) in a couple of stories I've read in the last few days. I did a quick search at AO3 with null results. So I was wondering if anyone ever posted anything on these ideas...

Sam Wilson is Hydra.

Peggy Carter was Hydra

Sharon Carter is Hydra or working with Hydra (blackmail?).

Um...oops? Maybe I should have cited that one as my source for the (blackmail?) All I can say is that I was having a really bad and painful day when I posted and wasn't at my best. And you're right; it is a great story

There was a fic where each chapter was an unrelated short story, about Steve not getting away with his bullcrap, and one of the stories included Sam Wilson having been Hydra all along. (The first one was about tiny!Steve getting in fights so often that his mother no longer could afford the hospital bills and they both ended up homeless and dying on the streets; other included him getting arrested at various points for lying on enlistments forms, for defying orders, etc, - if anyone recognizes this, please let me know!
I thought the title was 'consequences', but search on ao3 tells me I'm wrong.
