I have recently lost a fic and cannot find it. Pretty please help?

What I remember most is the concept and a few quotes, basically it is about Tony pretty much owning the world without people realizing it. the two quotes I remember best are Steve saying to Tony something along the lines of " I do this to protect the world from people like you." after finding out and someone commenting that Loki didn't have to take over the world, just take it from Tony. any help would be amazing!

As soon as I saw your post I totally wanted to re-read that scene and I could not for the life of me remember where I read it.

Now, I am new to the fandom but read like a maniac so I had to search through a good hundred fanfics (because I only discovered that Avengers fanfiction is actually amazing two maybe three months ago.) Turns out this is from the first Avengers fanfic I ever read.
