There's a fic already on AO3 where Steve has these little sketchbooks that he keeps in a backpack that he takes everywhere and some kid gets paid by a tabloid to go through his stuff while he's volunteering at a community center and Steve chases him and nearly beats the stuffing out of him but Tony stops him and tells the kid that he should consider himself lucky that it was Steve almost tearing him a new one and not Natasha or Bruce or something...

I think it's Steve/Tony but I'm not sure.

I'd like to re-read it myself but it was this prompt over at the kink meme that reminded me of it and I wanted to rec it to the OP since it seems right up their alley even if it doesn't fit the prompt.

1. I'm looking for a specific fic where Tony de-ages himself (to about 12-14). Bruce tries to reverese the de-aging and accidentally de-ages himself, Pepper and Steve in the process (to the same age). Natasha and Clint shows up and tries to save the situation. Bruce is scared of Clint. Natasha takes Bruce out shopping. Pepper kisses Steve. I also think Pepper gives either Bruce or Tony a black eye? This fic is a part of a series and is on ao3. I've been looking for this fic for quite some time and would be grateful if anyone could point me in the right direction.

2. Could you recommend me one or two fics from this fandom that you concider to be the best? No lenght requirement. Any and all pairings and themes are welcome as long as the fic is extremelly well written (proper grammar, in character, emotional impact and so on).

P.S. I know this probably isn't the forum for this, but I'm frankly tired of Natasha... not the badass Canon version, but the mary-sue-y version found in almost all fanfics where everyone is naturally afraid/intimidated by her very existence, all the while proclaiming how she is the best and the goodest ever, the be-all-end-all of all things awesome etc etc... makes me wanna punch her in the face.

Ergo, ima looking for fics where she DOES get punched in the face. Or suffers any kind of physical, mental, emotional abuse or torture (just not sexual torture or domestic violence, aka stereotypical "woman" violence) and NO comfort.

If the fics have everybody HATING/Bashing on her for any/NO reason whatsoever, even they are okay (as long as they DONT realise their mistake and apologize). I just want to read any fics where Natasha is being hurt.

So if it founds like an odd/horrible request, but I'm tired and cranky, and fanon-Natasha is really really getting on my nerves atm.

P.P.S. I'd prefer Gen, but if it does have pairings just NO STONY or Brucetasha.

1. I was wondering if there were any fics where the avengers find out that Phil is still alive, because I'm such a sucker for him and his relationship with the Avengers. I'd also particularly love it if one of the Avengers were dating Phil before he supposedly 'died' and their reaction to finding out the truth. Any pairing goes :)

2. I'm also looking for fics where one character is really possessive over the other. I've read a few, but I was wondering how many others there were around that. Any pairing is fine, but I'm particularly looking for ships besides Stucky as that's what the majority of those types of fics seem to revolve around

I posted this about a month ago, but I just remembered something that may help.
In this fic Loki is Hela's parent and she is chosen to be the goddess of Hel and it's a big deal, like everyone in Asgard was jealous. Loki was able to go with her to Hel for her for some time so he could help her get acclimated to Hel. I remember Hel rode Slepnir to Hel. I hope this addition will help!

I only remember two scenes: Loki has a kid with Odin's brother (his uncle) who is the God of light or something like that. And for one scene they are in the woods together. The other scene I remember, Loki is at a feast with his kid and the father is there as family (of Odin, no one knows who the father of this kid is). For some reason the kids last name is mentioned and everyone realizes that this kid belongs to Loki and his uncle.

So I know it's kind of clichéd, but recently, I read this fic where Steve was a noble son who was at courts for a season to find a suitable husband where he catches the eye of one nobleman, James Barnes who proceeds to woo Steve, rather aggressively.. Unfortunately it was an incomplete fic but it got me in the mood to read more fics like that. And it doesn't specifically have to be in that genre; any historical au fic would be fine. Are there any fic where an Avenger is unexpectedly homophobic, and it is NOT Steve just because he's from the past? I guess I would be okay with it being Steve for any other reason, but that idea has been done a lot. Anything where someone is some sexuality other than straight, and some Avenger surprises everyone else with their negative reaction? And hopefully gets better?

So recently I've seen a number of stories with a focus on Tony being a silver fox (the figurative kind, not the literal) and I was wondering if anyone knew any good fanfics which were mostly Tony focused which had to do with how Tony is going to be pretty old real soon and that pretty much everyone on the team (Thor, Steve, Bruce, and Natasha depending on the source) are never going to age. Hello all! I'm new to this community but I've been in MCU fandom since...around the time Iron Man 2 came out, I think. Anyhow, I'm looking for two types of stories:

(1) Stories where Steve meets the "I can swim!" kid from CA:TFA in a post-Avengers setting, and

(2) Stories that take place while Steve is in the ice, specifically Steve dreaming/hallucinating/waking up and falling asleep/dying and coming back to life Captain Jack Harkness style.

Any stories were tony is vilified by the press and the team publically stands up for him? It could be about his arms sailes, or hs slut-boy rep, or lies about Iron Man harming citizens, or any bit of Tony-gossip. (Like why he doesn't show up for some event; he on a bender. But he's actually working hurt or working on the suit or something for the team.) Or it could be lies about Stark Industries (which would tatally get Pepper riled up). It could be a Hollywood gossip rag, a daily newspaper, serious or social newcast. And the team writes the paper in response, or calls a press conference or stands up for him immediatlly, however you will. And how does Tony react? Does he agree with the attack? Is he surprised by the teams adament support.

Now that it's complete, I'm reading the Avengers/Supernatural/Night Vale crossover series by Setcheti called The Last Chance Diner at AO3. Steve admires Dean's protection tattoo and bemoans the fact that he can't get a tat because they fade quickly. With a little help from Bruce they figure out how Steve can keep a tattoo fresh (drawn on instead of inked in). I don't usually like a lot of tattoos because they tend to look messy and not particularly artful, but the thought of a shirtless Steve Rogers with a full sleeve or chest done is intriguing, to say the least. So...my first question is does anyone know of any drawings or artwork showing Cap with tattoos? Question #2 is a search for any stories with Steve getting one or more tattoo. How about the same for any of the other Avengers or the family (Jane, Pepper, Darcy, Phil, Bucky). There is some fiction out and about with Clint and/or Coulson with ink from their military days; that's too easy. I was thinking more like a whole sleeve, maybe telling a story or about an event. In Setcheti's story it a picture incorporating memories of Bucky and protection sigils.

I'm just tagging any and all possibles I think may fit.

1. Tony and Pepper's breakup isn't amicable and Pepper behaves badly (general Pepper bashing would also be welcome).

2. Someone is disrepectful or dismissive of Tony and gets schooled by him (or someone else). I've read 'Iron Man yes, Tony Stark not recommended' (many times).

Hey!! So recently I've read some darcy&bucky fics and i am deciding that that is my new fav. So specifically I am looking for some fics where Darcy is the one who comes across Bucky while he is still trying to get his head on straight and is ultimately the one who gets to bring him in to the avengers. I've read "The Extraordinary Friendship of Darcy Lewis and James Buchanan Barnes" by cosmicocean, the one where she finds him in a diner eating pancakes and then they have to run from hydra, and the 'Run verse pieces. Anything else that you guys would suggest?? I'm fine with any pairing really, darcy and bucky could be together or they could just be friends or bucky could be with someone else or darcy could be with someone else, whatever you find where Darcy is the one that brings bucky in is great!

and if you have any darcy&bucky fics that you think are just generally fantastic feel free to recommend those as well, always on the lookout for some great new reads!!!

Alrighty, first off, I'm looking for a specific fic. In said fic, Tony is hiding bruised/almost broken ribs from the team. He's discovered by Clint as he drops his ice pack, and the team reasonably flips out. I'm almost certain Cap says something like, "'I thought you said you didn't crash?'" And I'm fairly certain that somewhere in the summary was something along the lines of, "Tony is used to licking his wounds in private. But now that the Avengers are around..." Etcetera, etcetera. I'VE SPENT THREE DAYS LOOKING FOR THIS. HALP.

Because I love seeing Tony suffer, I want THE BEST hurt Tony comforty team fixes you got. All the fic. Any pairing, any rating, any length.

Do you know any stories that feature how Tony and Steve became friends after the less then stellar start of their acquaintance on the Helicarrier?

First, Steve acted imo very out of character - judging someone without knowing? Sounds like bullying to me, and I always thought that Steve don't like bullies...
And second, Tony don't seem like a person who can easily forgive and I had the impression that he was hurt by the things Steve said.
I think that Steve began to realise how wrong he was after Tony flew the nuke into the portal...

So, the Avengers ignored that, but are there any fics about it?

I do not care if the story has a happy ending or ends with Tony unable to trust Steve or slash or something else.

We all know that Tony Stark almost always has a glass of somehting in his hand or a bottle of alcohol within reach, and is often drunk. Yeah, right. My attention wanders and I'm in the midst of reading about 6 or 7 stories right now so I can't seem to find which one had the scene where first Hawkeye, then Bruce (by the Other Guy's stronger sense of smell) figures out that the amber liqued that Tony just poured from a crystal decanter is a rooibos tea, not scotch or whatever everyone else assumes it to be, and that Tony's tipsy-to-drunk act is just that, an act. I'd like to find any-other stories like that, where Tony Stark is just putting up the drunken playboy front and hasn't really had a drink in years. (I'll post the title ot the story I read here when I figure out which one it is.)

As of yesterday, I'm on a BAMF!Loki kick. So, I'm looking for recs where Loki makes lots and lots of informed choices about his Sexuality, sleeping his way through the Marvel Universe. Something along the lines of Loki Makes Love and Babies (And forgets the War part) Not necessarily MPreg though

He could be slutty as hell (very literally Pansexual), or maybe he thinks that sleeping (in case of Chitauri/Jotunheim) will get him what he wants, or maybe he thinks it's a way of getting him allies (Loki/Villians maybe)... but he makes those decisions of his own violation (no consent issues).

Threesomes and Gangbangs are also fine as long Loki is getting banged and it's all completely consensual. No Loki/Avenger end game though (except Hulk/Loki, I ship Hulk/Loki).

P.S. Could you warn for Hard Kinks (BDSM, bathroom-play, pain-play) if it's not already?

Okay, so I have recently started reading Avengers-fanfiction, and I find that I really, really like it. I mostly prefer fics with slash-pairings, but gen is good too.

I really hope you can help me, because this has been bugging me. Because I can barely find any of these, and I really hope there's more.

1. I read a fic where Steve was one of the soldiers with Tony in the humvee, and he goes temporarily deaf. So I was wondering if there are any fics where Tony becomes permanently/temporarily deaf, blind or mute either while in Afghanistan or during the Avengers? Or comes back from Afghanistan permanently injured (that is not the arc reactor, but he has that too), maybe he had to amputate an arm? Maybe even no one knows of this injury?

2. Any fics that closely follow the original timeline (MCU), but Howard Stark isn’t dead? Or he is brought forward in time? And then he is either a really good father, a bad father or a mix between them.

3. I also read a Howard/Steve-series, The Joys of Step-Parenting, where Steve becomes Tony’s Step-Father, so I was wondering if there are any other fics like that because I literally fell in love. Steve as Tony's step-father. I really liked that idea.

4. (added this as I noticed I had managed to hit a wrong tag.. hidden identity) I have read a lot of these, where iron man's identity is hidden. This got me thinking. Are there any fics where everyone wears masks to hide their identity, so that even the Avengers don't know who they are actually fighting with?

I would be really happy for any fic-recs received. They don't have to be spot on, but similar is good. I'll accept any pairings, even if I am more inclined to read slash-pairings, I can even read fics with no pairings or with het-pairings. I just really want to read more fics like this if it was possible. The length of the fics don't really matter, although I love longfics, I can read shortfics too. Just not any crack, please.

I just recced All the Leaves are Brown to someone, where WS!Bucky raises Tony after Howard and Maria's deaths...

Now I wondering if anyone can rec me more of this type. You know, where Phil raises Clint, or Bucky raises Tony, Steve raising Peter, or Teen!Thor raising Baby!Loki, or Nick Fury raising Steve/Bucky (these are examples I HAVE already read), so I know they are out there... just I have no idea how to go about finding them. Please no 'incest' between parent and kids.

AUs are welcome (obviously), but no de-aging. MPreg will also do, as long as it's NOT Mpreg!Bucky (yes, there is a series where Nat is Bucky's bio mpreg-daughter).

My preferred pairings are Nat/Clint, Steve/Bucky but I'm pretty flexible about it, with exception of Steve/Tony and Nat/Bruce (NO Steve/Tony or Nat/Bruce).

P.S. If there is a Peggy Carter (and husband) raising Sharon fic, I'll give you my first-born.

Hi, I'm looking for a story where Tony's invented something to (I think) cheaply and easily purify water and Bruce is thinking about how Tony solved two of the world's biggest problems - energy (with the arc reactor) and water - in his spare time. I think it's just the opening scene of the story and I can't remember anything else about it but I'd love to read it again.

I'm also looking for a story where Tony gives Loki a drink at the end of Avengers and everyone looks disapproving when he has one as well but it isn't alcohol. Any other stories where he give's Loki that drink would be good too.

For a general search, I'm looking for any stories that show the kindness behind Tony's façade. I'd be happy if it's to the team but I'd particularly love something like Tipping Point or Nikolai (Fury of the Avenger's Tower) where's it's just random acts of kindness.

I'll read gen or any pairing, although I prefer Tony/Steve.

My request is pretty simple today. Basically, I love fics where one character calls (or thinks) the other 'his' or even 'mine' ('his' Tony, 'his' Steve (or whatever)).
