You should try Slow Growth Investment http://archiveofourown.org/works/562971 where Clint is not exactly a slave, but owes SHIELD a ton of money for fixing him up after he was a young prostitute. I'd rec almost everything Arsenic writes. She does a good one with Steve in the owned-by-SHIELD role, "The Goat's Back."

I also like "I can't find the light in this blinding dark" which involves Coulson saving a young deaf Clint from a slave situation:

For other deaf!Clint ones I like "Not your momma's Breakfast Club" which is mainly Tony/Bruce teen AU, but involves the entire team and deaf!Clint is one of them.

Me, the thing I like best about AO3 is that you can plug in what you want (Clint/Coulson, H/C,) and sort by # of hits, which is usually a good way of finding the best stories.
