Bucky Barnes: Steve's Invisible/Imaginary Friend?

I'm looking for a fic which isn't necessarily Avengers, but does cover the events of the MCU Avengers movie, Cap1, and pre-serum Steve life. In this fic, Bucky Barnes is either Imaginary, a Ghost, or Invisible, or something to that effect; what I remember about it is that while Steve was frozen, Bucky spent his time developing the power to move things like rocks and stuff, trying to make search-plane guidance arrows. It was fairly long, and I remember it posted to Ao3, but I've lost track of it and am worried it was deleted. Does anyone know of the fic I seek?
