lost fic about marriage

Hello!
It's the first time I write on this community but I am so glad there is one! I was wondering if a fic exists or if I completely imagined it. It was something where Tony Stark had to marry Steve Rogers, some sort of marriage of convenience. I remember Steve sending a note to Tony just before the marriage, asking him if he was sure and no hard feelings if he wasn't, then I remember that they had agreed to keep both their surnames but at the party after the marriage someone announced them as Steve Rogers and Tony Rogers and Tony was really upset.

I don't remember much more, sadly. There may have been Tiberious Stone, probably? I am not sure.
