Specific Story Search

I have a scene of a story stuck in my head and I can't remember where it's from. The scene I'm thinking of is Tony going to Steve's room with a handheld detector saying that Jarvis has found a bio-hazard in Steve's room. Tony uses the detector and discovers that the hazard is actually a bin under the bed where Steve has old food. Steve feels really guilty and is afraid that Tony's going to kick him out but instead Tony installs a mini fridge in his room.

I'm pretty sure this is part of a larger story. It may have featured Tony helping out all the Avengers but I really can't remember.
