Yup. I don't remember if it was FF or AO3. Phil is part of an agency, SHIELD?, that has been searching for Hawkeye, a mostly famous assassin. When they finally trap him in a building, Phil discovers Clint has been forced into subspace and kept there for months(?). Phil stops someone in his team from killing Clint. All the team members wear badges with the initial letter of their orientation, such as D for dominant.
