The fic I'm looking for has Loki hurt, living in avengers tower, and unable to recognize speech, I'm pretty sure. The scene I remember best has Odin and Frigga doing an adoption ritual with him to reassure him that they love him. It involves them lifting him up in their hands. After this, Loki has a moment where he realizes that he is unable to have children. Bruce then comes in and tells Loki that he is also unable to have children. If anyone remembers this fic, I'd really appreciate it!
